The following conditions apply to the use of services from Let's deal AB ("Let's deal"). Use of Let's deals services requires your acceptance of these terms. You accept the terms when creating an account and when purchasing, as well as when using Let's deals services.
Let's deal is a marketing channel and advertising broker of goods and services. Let's deal's most important function is to give its customers the opportunity to purchase heavily discounted goods and services from third-party suppliers that Let's deal has negotiated on behalf of the customer. It is clear from the terms of the current deal who is the seller of the deal and thus responsible for the delivery of the service or product.
Let's deal processes personal data according to current legislation. We need to process personal data in order to offer our services, improve the user experience and to develop our services. We also process personal data for other purposes, which you can read more about in our privacy policy .
It is easy to unregister from Letsdeal.se. If you do not want to receive more offers via email, open any email from us and click on the unsubscribe link that you will find at the bottom. If for some reason you want to block your account, send an email to kundtjanst@letsdeal.se and your data will be removed from our database.
We at Let's deal believe that the use of cookies helps you as a customer because it gives us the opportunity to improve your user experience by predicting how you use our website based on your preferences. Read our Cookie Policy here.
All prices are stated in SEK incl. VAT unless otherwise stated.
Purchases can only be made via the Let's deals website, mobile website or apps. We do not accept purchases by phone, fax or email. Let's deal AB only delivers goods within Sweden.
Where Let's deal is not a selling company of the services and products that are published, we act as an advertising platform for the suppliers presented on the website and in our app. In each "deal" it is stated who is the seller and thus responsible for price, delivery, errors and delays. The deal purchase agreement is entered into with the company specified in the deal, see "The deal is sold by". When the selling company is established outside the EU, we at Let's deal ensure that our customers are not charged additional fees than those specified in the terms of the deal. Should you as a customer still be charged such fees, we ask you to contact the selling company stated in the deal.
In the event of a fault in a product or service purchased via Let's deal, you as a customer have the right to complain according to consumer protection legislation. Let's deal sells products purchased by Let's deal and for this reason we process the complaint ourselves. Where applicable, Let's deal mediates goods or services from other companies, in these circumstances we ask the customer to contact the supplier directly to make complaints.
Let's deal reserves the right for possible typographical and image errors in information about the deal, as well as in e-mails, conditions and pricing. Reservation also applies to any final sale.
The debit or credit card used during the purchase process must belong to the same person who owns the Let's deal account.
Terms may vary for different deals. The terms of the deal state how many deals you can buy. More information about this can be found in the terms and conditions of each individual deal. Note that the number of deals you get to use does not always correspond to the amount you are supposed to buy. Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions, you may purchase a maximum of 5 deals to give away.
Let's deal uses Klarna Checkout as payment service. Klarna Checkout is safe and simple and offers you as a customer different payment methods for your purchase. You can choose between the options Invoice, Direct Payment, Partial Payment or Card Payment.
Klarna Checkout differentiates between purchase and payment, which means that you only choose the payment method after confirming the purchase. Below is a more detailed explanation of the different options you can choose from. For complete terms and conditions for Klarna Checkout, visit www.klarna.com/se/terms
Note that Klarna may update its terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these terms and conditions regarding payment and Klarna's terms and conditions, Klarna's terms and conditions shall take precedence.
If you have any questions, you are welcome to call Klarna on phone number 08-120 120 10 Mon-Thurs between 08.00 - 20.00, Fridays 08.00-18.00 and weekends 10.00 - 17.00.
If you choose to pay via invoice, you never need to provide your card details. You are also given the opportunity to receive your order before you pay and the payment period is always at least 14 days.
You can choose to switch to partial payment of your purchase after you have received your invoice, which means that you pay at your own pace with at least SEK 50 per month. The effective interest rate for such a solution can be found in Klarna's terms and conditions.
In case of non-payment, a reminder fee is added. If you shopped for less than SEK 60.00, SEK 29.00 is added and if you shopped for SEK 60.00 or more, SEK 60.00 is added in reminder fee. A late payment interest of 24% plus the applicable reference interest rate is added. If payment is not made thereafter, the claim can be handed over for debt collection, which means that additional debt collection costs may be incurred.
A credit check may be carried out if you choose to pay via Klarna invoice, which in some cases means that a credit report is taken. If a credit report is made, you will receive a copy of the credit report by post.
Read more about the Klarna invoice and its conditions .
With Betala Direkt, you can pay for your purchases directly via your bank account using Mobile BankID. Klarna remembers your details so that you can shop and pay even more smoothly next time. The money is withdrawn at the time of purchase. If Klarna cannot withdraw the money from the account, an invoice will instead be sent to the email address you used when shopping.
For future purchases, Klarna may ask you to confirm your identity via Mobile BankID again for security reasons.
You can apply to pay at your own pace or pay a fixed amount per month.
If you choose to pay at your own pace, you pay any amount per month, however with a minimum amount of 1/24 of the remaining amount and no less than SEK 50 per month. You can repay the remaining amount at any time. Example: For a purchase of SEK 10,000, the set-up fee is SEK 0. The current annual interest rate is 19.90%, which corresponds to an effective interest rate of 29.22%. The credit purchase price is SEK 11,458. The number of partial payments is 12 and each partial amount is SEK 955. The example assumes that installments are made over a period of one year.
If you choose fixed installments from Klarna, you can choose to divide your payment into 6, 12 or 24 months. You know from the beginning what your monthly cost will be - and you know when you have finished paying.
Read more about Klarna's different methods of partial payment
If you choose to make a direct payment, this can be done using Visa or Mastercard. To use this payment method, you need to enter the card number, the card's validity period and CVC code. No fee is added for purchases by direct payment.
You can also choose for Klarna to remember your card details, to simplify future purchases.
Let's deal and Klarna are responsible for personal data for each party's processing of personal data linked to the payment method you choose during your purchase. For a detailed explanation of what this means, read our privacy policy and Klarna's data protection policy .
To help cover the costs of transactions, coupon redemption and customer service management, Let's deal is entitled to charge an administration fee on deal purchases. The amount of this administration fee varies and is based on a percentage of the sales amount (before fees and taxes). The exact size of the customer's service fee is clearly stated before the guest confirms a purchase. The customer's service fee is normally between 2-5%, but can be lower or higher depending on the specific deal.
When buying on the internet, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The cancellation period starts to run from the day you received the item or, in the case of a service, the day after you completed the purchase. Please note that different rules may apply to specific deals. It is therefore important that you read the terms of the current deal carefully. If the order consists of several parts, the cancellation period begins on the day you received the last item delivered. The customer is responsible for the return costs. The item must be returned in salable condition in original packaging. Always contact our customer service before returning the item.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we receive your notification that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that we have received the goods. The administration fee is not refunded when exercising the right of withdrawal.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, please contact our customer service via email or chat.
You can also cancel your purchase by filling in the right of cancellation form below, which you then email to our customer service. This form does not need to be mailed to us.
When the service is completed, if the consumer has expressly consented to the service beginning to be performed and has agreed that there is no right of withdrawal when the service has been completed
- When purchasing goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's instructions or that have been given a clear personal touch,
- When purchasing goods that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons when the seal is broken, for example underwear, swimwear, bedding, mattresses, pillows, duvets and skin care products.
– When purchasing sound or image recording or a computer program when the seal has been broken by the consumer,
– When purchasing loose issues of a newspaper or magazine,
– When purchasing digital content that is delivered in any other way than on a physical medium, if the consumer have expressly consented to delivery in this way and agreed that there is no right of withdrawal, or
– When purchasing services that the selling company provides on a specific day or during a specific period of time, e.g. cultural events, sporting events, leisure activities, catering, catering, accommodation, goods transport or car rental.
If a shipment is not collected from the agent within the notified time, Let's deal will charge the customer for the return costs. These costs include return shipping, shipping fee and administrative fee for Let's deal's handling of the return. Note that unclaimed shipments do not count as exercise of the right of withdrawal. To use the right of withdrawal, you as a customer need to pick up the ordered item and then return it.
In the event that you have made a time booking with one of our partners and do not show up for such a booking, Let's deal and partners reserve the right to charge you as a customer a fee corresponding to the deal price. Let's deal and partners also reserve the right to charge you as a customer a reasonable cancellation fee to the extent that you cancel an appointment within 24 hours of the appointed time. This paragraph does not apply if our partner has specified other conditions for cancellation or missed bookings.
As a customer, you have the right to complain according to current consumer protection legislation. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when you discovered the fault. In the event of a complaint, we ask you to contact the selling company, whose contact details are listed in the deal and in the purchase confirmation under the heading "The deal is sold by".
If Let's deal is listed as the selling company, you are welcome to contact our customer service. In the event of an approved complaint, Let's deal or the selling company will email you a return packing slip.
In case of abuse of the service, Let's deal reserves the right to suspend the user. If this happens, all possible balances the user has in the form of discount codes expire. The user is obliged to compensate Let's deal for any costs incurred in connection with the abuse.
Specified delivery times are an estimate from the selling company. In the event of any delivery delays, you must contact the selling company listed in the deal and in the purchase confirmation under the heading: "The deal is sold by". If Let's deal is listed as the selling company, you are welcome to contact our customer service.
The deal can only be used in its entirety and on one occasion, within the deal's validity period, if nothing else is stated (for example in the case of clip cards for two or more treatments). The deal also cannot be combined with other discounts unless this has been explicitly stated. The deal is personal and cannot be divided among several people unless this has been explicitly stated. Read the separate terms that apply to the current deal. Let's deal is not responsible for fully booked periods with the selling party. We therefore recommend that you book your appointment as soon as possible after your purchase. An unused deal that has not been used during the deal's validity is not refunded.
We at Let's deal offer travel deals via our website and app. Travel deals can include either individual travel services or package tours. Unless otherwise stated, Let's deal acts as an intermediary between the customer and the selling party of the travel service or package tour. Let's deal is thus not a party to the agreement entered into between you as a customer and the selling party of the travel deal. This means that we are not responsible for the travel service or the completion of the package tour. This responsibility rests with the person named as the selling party in the deal's terms and conditions under "The deal is sold by". This party's terms and conditions also apply to the travel service or package tour you purchase. We at Let's deal are responsible for negligence in our mediating mission between you as a customer and the selling party.
If you need help establishing contact with the selling party or if you have questions about your purchase, contact our customer service and we will help you with it.
When you have purchased a travel deal via Let's deal, the travel service or package travel is booked as described in the terms of the deal. The travel agreement or package travel agreement becomes binding when the person who is the selling party to the deal confirms your booking. Payment for your purchase is made to Let's deal via our payment service Klarna. We receive your payment on behalf of the selling party as we are not a party to the travel service agreement. You accept the payment obligation in connection with confirming your choice of payment method with Klarna.
When purchasing travel services or package tours, you have no right of withdrawal, unless otherwise stated in the terms of the deal. However, you have the right to cancel within 14 days if your purchase does not result in a reservation for a specific day or specific time period. Contact our customer service if you have questions about the right of withdrawal or if you want to cancel your purchase.
Below you can read more about what applies to the types of "travel deals" we convey via our website and app:
i) Package tours:
When we at Let's deal mediate package tours that an organizer has put together, we act in the role of reseller. As a retailer, we are not responsible for the execution of the package trip that is included in the current travel deal. Our responsibility is limited to the intermediary task given to us by the organizer to enter into package travel agreements with customers on behalf of the organizer. The organizer, i.e. the party listed under "The deal is sold by", is the one responsible for what you bought and what you have to expect is actually carried out. Therefore, it is the organizer/selling party that you should contact if you have a complaint or if you want to advertise your package tour.
Just because the organizer is the one who is legally responsible for the performance of the package travel agreement entered into between you as a customer and the organizer, it does not mean that we at Let's deal are completely exempt from responsibility. Although complaints are the responsibility of the organizer, you can submit a complaint request to our customer service. We will then, without undue delay, convey your request for a complaint to the organizer, who is obliged to handle your complaint.
Read more about package tours on the Swedish Consumer Agency's website.
ii) Individual travel services:
When we at Let's deal mediate individual travel services, e.g. hotel stays, on behalf of the selling party, we take on the role of intermediary, as in the case of arranging package tours. This means that we are not a party to the contract with you as a customer regarding the purchase of the travel service. We at Let's deal are therefore not responsible for the fulfillment of the individual travel service.
If you want to advertise your travel service, you can contact our customer service and we will help you establish a contact with the organizer/selling party. Please note that the terms and conditions of the selling party apply to the travel service you purchased. Although we at Let's deal are not responsible for errors in the travel service, we are responsible for negligence in our intermediary mission.
Award
The price of the travel deal is stated in the terms of the deal. The stated price includes all travel services included in the agreement as well as other supplements linked to the travel services. As with other supplements linked to the travel services, local taxes or fees that may be imposed by local authorities or local actors, such as those charged at the airport, hotel or the like, are not counted. Such examples are tourist tax, road tolls and fees for Wi-Fi or air conditioning.
The price of the travel deal is linked to the date or time period you made your reservation for. The price may thus vary depending on which of the available dates you choose to book your trip to. The price of a travel deal can also vary depending on demand, season and currency changes. There is usually a limited number of rooms available for Let's deal customers and therefore the supply of some travel deals may be limited.
Pictures
The images used in the travel deal can be sample images from the destination or the hotel. When booking a hotel or other accommodation, you may be assigned a room that differs from the room shown in the pictures in the travel deal. Any images of environments and landmarks are not necessarily taken from, or adjacent to, the destination.
Let's deal Travel
In collaboration with TripX Travel AB ( "TripX" ) we offer "Let's deal Travel", a service where you as a customer can book trips. The technical producer of "Let's deal Travel" is TripX and when using "Let's deal Travel" TripX's terms and conditions apply . For the travel services or package tours sold via "Let's deal Travel", Let's deal, just like above, is not a party to the agreement between you as a customer and the selling party. This means that we are not responsible for the performance of the travel service or the package tour.
Travel guarantee
When you buy a package trip via Let's deal, the organizer of the package trip is responsible for providing a travel guarantee with the Kammarkollegiet. * Travel guarantee can give you full compensation if you bought a package trip and one of the parts of it is canceled or interrupted, for example as a result of the organizer going bankrupt. You can find more information about travel guarantees on the Kammarkollegiet's website.
*For package tours booked before August 1, 2018, the previous Package Travel Act applies, which stipulates that Let's deal must also provide a travel guarantee with the Kammarkollegiet insofar as Let's deal is considered a retailer. In these cases, you as a customer are covered by both our travel guarantee and the organizer's travel guarantee.
Unless otherwise stated, your general dental care allowance, also referred to as ATB, will not be affected by the deal. Should it be the case that the clinic uses all or parts of your general dental care allowance, this must be clearly stated under the deal's individual conditions. Below you can see how big your general dental care allowance is:
On 1 July each year, you receive a general dental care allowance. It is available as a credit with Försäkringskassan.
From the year you turn 24 until the year you turn 29, the contribution is SEK 600 per year.
From the year you turn 30 up to and including the year you turn 64, the contribution is SEK 300 per year.
From the year you turn 65, the contribution is SEK 600 per year.
You can save the grant for one year and combine it with the grant for the next year.
Under the terms of the current deal, you will find information on how large a percentage of your ATB will be used, as well as any additional fees if you do not have any ATB on hand.
Read more about how ATB works .
Some teeth whitening may not be possible if you are pregnant, have dentures, if you have previously had major repairs done or if there are other circumstances that prevent the implementation of teeth whitening. Please contact the selling company regarding the above in connection with booking. If you as a customer cannot use your deal due to any of the above reasons, you can contact our customer service. The whitening result can vary from person to person depending on the shade of the teeth and previous dental care. The dental care allowance does not apply to teeth whitening.
Please note that the final discount rate may vary depending on the deal structure and your choice from the menu. In the case of a Let's eat arrangement, the payment is divided and you as a customer pay a part to Let's deal in connection with the purchase of the deal and then a part to the restaurant in connection with the visit when you use your deal. In the terms of the current deal, it is specified what percentage you as a customer pay on the spot in connection with the use of the deal. Drinks are not included unless otherwise stated in the deal.
When purchasing deals with ROT or RUT services, the regular price and deal price are based on the value after ROT or RUT deductions have been deducted.
When purchasing deals that include ROT and RUT work, a code is assigned that must be entered when booking in order to be able to take part in the offer from the company that will perform the service. It is not possible to combine these deals with a discount code.
The company that will perform the service is responsible for invoicing you and any application for ROT/RUT with the tax authority in connection with the service performed.
Tax reduction is only given for labor costs. Material and travel costs are added unless otherwise stated in the deal. For tax reduction in ROT work, it is required that you own the home (small house, condominium, or owner-occupied apartment) where the ROT work is carried out. Tax reduction for ROT work therefore does not cover tenancies. For tax reduction for RUT work, you as the buyer must own the residence in which the service is performed, but you can also use the RUT deduction if the service is performed in your parents' residence, provided you pay for the service. For a detailed description of what applies to ROT and RUT deductions, visit www.skatteverket.se
For complete hair removal with IPL, several treatments are required, the number varies from person to person depending on hair growth and hair type. When undergoing IPL treatments, you should also be careful about staying in the sun. Therefore, we recommend the following:
Sunbathing outdoors or in a solarium should be avoided four to six weeks before, after and during the treatment. Remember to protect the treated area with a high sun protection factor (30-40) after your treatment if you are going to be in the sun.
Keep in mind that different machines have different strengths and the recommendations may therefore vary. You are always best to check with the selling company for specific recommendations regarding the treatment you plan to undergo.
Let's deal reserves the right to make changes to these general terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to these Terms of Use will be posted on our website and in our app. Changes apply from the moment you have accepted the terms of use (in connection with a new purchase or when visiting our website or app), alternatively 30 days after we at Let's deal inform you that changes have been made. We recommend that you stay up-to-date on any changes to our terms of use by making regular visits to www.letsdeal.se/terms .
Let's deal also reserves the right to change the terms of individual deals in cases where these terms accidentally do not match what has been agreed between the selling party and Let's deal. You as a customer will be informed of such changes without undue delay. If you object to such a change to the terms of individual deals, you are entitled to a refund for the purchase you made.
If you have any questions regarding our terms of use, please contact our customer service via kundtjanst@letsdeal.se
